He was a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Pace University holding dual degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering along with a Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management and Finance.

Support Staff

CPEngineering is staffed with full time Computer Aided Design (CAD) personnel to support the engineering demands of the business. CPEngineering's CAD staff possess over 20 years of engineering drawing expertise to fully support all project types.

Mr. Puerta is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Puerta has been consulting in the civil engineering and environmental engineering disciplines for over 20 years. His experience has included managing large scale Superfund projects, brownfields cleanup programs, property transaction diligence, and engineering systems designs. He has worked on development projects focusing on risk management for environmentally sensitive developments with high risk receptors such as schools and day care facilities. Mr. Puerta has performed investigations and has consulted on all classes of properties for soil vapor and soil vapor intrusion, soil/groundwater contamination, and long term operations and management of remedial design systems. Mr. Puerta is a periodic guest speaker at Hunter College and City College of New York related to soil vapor and environmental engineering topics.
